President, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Sandra E. Laney serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cadre. She joined the Chemed Corporation in 1974 where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Mrs. Laney is a member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and the Lower Price Hill Community School. She also serves on the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Board of Overseers and the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Community Land Cooperative. She is also a member of the Board of Executive Advisors to the Xavier University's Williams College of Business. In 2007, she was appointed to the Indiana University Foundation Board and the Board of Visitors, for Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Mrs. Laney graduated cum laude from Thomas More College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is also the recipient of an honorary Ph.D. from The University of the Cumberlands. For the past 29 years she has served in various capacities in the building of Chemed Corporation and Omnicare, Inc., whose combined stock market value is approximately $6 billion.

Executive Vice President

Steven Snider joined Chemed Corporation (Cadre's former parent) in 1983 as a member of Chemed's DuBois Chemical team. Mr. Snider joined Cadre in 1993. After holding several technical and senior management positions at Cadre, he was appointed President in 1999.

Mr. Snider has a deep background in system design and security. He designed and built the object-based security sub-system found in the OASIS pharmacy system that is in use throughout the U.S. He also designed and created the WAVE operating system that featured a unique two-layer encryption scheme built into the operating system's kernel.

Mr. Snider graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Vice President, Treasurer & Secretary

Mr. Krumpelman is Cadre's Vice President and Treasurer. He joined Cadre in 2000 as Controller and was appointed Vice President in 2001.

He joined Cadre's former parent, Chemed Corporation, in 1979 as a Cost Accountant, working in Chemed's DuBois Chemical organization.

Mr. Krumpelman spent over 20 years working in the DuBois organization holding a variety of key financial management positions. Mr. Krumpelman graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and also has a Master's degree in Finance from Xavier University.
